We’ve sourced and blended all of the unique flavour ingredients to make our authentic Churrasco Chicken. We bring these all together in a recipe kit, which consists of 3 flavour pots; a Piri Piri Glaze pot, a Spicy Wedge Blend pot and a Saffron Seasoning pot. Simply follow our recipe, adding a few items from your fridge, to cook this delicious Churrasco Chicken in just 30 minutes.

Our 30 minute recipe

  • 1.

    Heat the oven to 200C/fan 180C/gas 6. Bring a large pot of salted water to a full boil. Put the chicken fillets on a baking tray with the Piri Piri Glaze and use your hands to mix it well into the chicken. Keep aside.

  • 2.

    Add the potatoes to the pot and par-boil for 5-6 mins, then drain and leave to steam-dry in the colander. Put the chicken fillets in the oven to roast for 20-25 mins, turning them over half-way through.

  • 3.

    Pour 2 tbsps of oil on another baking tray and mix in the Spicy Wedge Blend. Add the potatoes and toss to fully coat. Roast in the oven, above the chicken, for 20 mins, turning them over half-way through.

  • 4.

    Meanwhile for the sweetcorn and saffron aioli, heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the onion until it starts to brown (around 5 mins). Add the sweetcorn and stir-fry for 2 more mins. Tip the sweetcorn and fried onions into a bowl and leave to cool down for a couple of mins.

  • 5.

    Add the mayonnaise to the sweetcorn bowl and the sprinkle in the Saffron Seasoning. Mix well. (Don’t forget to turn the chicken and the wedges over!)

  • 6.

    If you’re having this with a salad, prepare that now. Arrange the chicken and wedges on plates with your salad (if having) and a large spoonful of the sweetcorn and saffron aioli. Get stuck in!

So good my partner doesn't eat meat and I used quorn chicken fillet and cooked in a pan rather than oven was scared it would come out dry. Came out really good and not dry at all. The sweet Corn was really good too.

I did not like the sweet corn so used the spice for potato’s on carrots and roasted them to. They were very nice. Dish a bit dry would have liked a different spice to mix into mayonnaise
