Cook our delicious Churrasco Chicken in just Minutes
We’ve sourced and blended all of the unique flavour ingredients to make our authentic Churrasco Chicken. We bring these all together in a recipe kit, which consists of 3 flavour pots; a Piri Piri Glaze pot, a Spicy Wedge Blend pot and a Saffron Seasoning pot. Simply follow our recipe, adding a few items from your fridge, to cook this delicious Churrasco Chicken in just 30 minutes.

Your shopping list:
- chicken breast fillets
- large potatoes
- small onion
- tin sweetcorn
- light mayonnaise
- of mixed salad(optional)
Our 30 minute recipe
Marinate the chicken
Heat the oven to 200C/fan 180C/gas 6 and bring a large pot of water to the boil.
Marinate the chicken fillets in the PIRI PIRI GLAZE on a baking tray, and keep aside.
Parboil the potatoes for 5 mins, then drain and let them dry in the colander for 1 min.
Bake the chicken and wedges
Toss the potatoes with some oil and the SPICY WEDGE BLEND on a baking tray then put them, along with the chicken, into the oven to cook for 20 mins. Meanwhile do step 3.
Make the sweetcorn aioli
Heat a little oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the onion for 5 mins, or until lightly golden.
Add the sweetcorn and fry for 2 more mins, then tip the mixture into a bowl and leave to cool for a minute.
Add the mayonnaise and the SAFFRON SEASONING to the sweetcorn and mix well.
Serve the chicken and wedges with salad (if having) along with a spoonful of the sweetcorn and saffron aioli.

Very nice - the spice on the chicken is not super hot but it is tasty. I made the sweetcorn side dish with full fat mayo (not light as the recipe suggests) and thought it was lovely.

Lovely flavours! the wedges and sweet corn mix were gorgeous but think 40 minutes is too long to cook the chicken for as it dried out abit. I would have it again just cook the chicken slightly less.
