Cook our delicious Churrasco Chicken in just Minutes

We’ve sourced and blended all of the unique flavour ingredients to make our authentic Churrasco Chicken. We bring these all together in a recipe kit, which consists of 3 flavour pots; a Piri Piri Glaze pot, a Spicy Wedge Blend pot and a Saffron Seasoning pot. Simply follow our recipe, adding a few items from your fridge, to cook this delicious Churrasco Chicken in just 30 minutes.

How Our Recipes Kits Work

Your shopping list:

chicken breast fillets
large potatoes
small onion
tin sweetcorn
light mayonnaise
of mixed salad(optional)

Our 30 minute recipe

  • 1.

    Marinate the chicken

    Heat the oven to 200C/fan 180C/gas 6 and bring a large pot of water to the boil.

    Marinate the chicken fillets in the PIRI PIRI GLAZE on a baking tray, and keep aside.

    Parboil the potatoes for 5 mins, then drain and let them dry in the colander for 1 min. 

  • 2.

    Bake the chicken and wedges

    Toss the potatoes with some oil and the SPICY WEDGE BLEND on a baking tray then put them, along with the chicken, into the oven to cook for 20 mins. Meanwhile do step 3. 

  • 3.

    Make the sweetcorn aioli

    Heat a little oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the onion for 5 mins, or until lightly golden.

    Add the sweetcorn and fry for 2 more mins, then tip the mixture into a bowl and leave to cool for a minute.

    Add the mayonnaise and the SAFFRON SEASONING to the sweetcorn and mix well. 

  • 4.


    Serve the chicken and wedges with salad (if having) along with a spoonful of the sweetcorn and saffron aioli.

Loved this one. Marinated chicken for good couple of hours and this was delicious. Did wedges in acti-fry and this worked well. I wasn’t sure about sweet corn relish but this was tasty and went perfectly. Excellent will do again.

Disappointing. Bland potato wedges and not enough ‘glaze’ for them. Took much longer to cook as did the chicken. Sweet corn relish interesting and shaved the meal from being a complete flop. Our first really poor kit, shan’t be repeating this!
