Our 20 minute recipe

  • 1.

    Get the pasta on

    Cook the pasta according to packet instructions.

    Meanwhile, fry the garlic (optional) in a little oil in a large frying pan for 1 min until very lightly brown. Remove and put aside on kitchen paper.

  • 2.

    Soften the tomatoes

    In the same pan, heat a little oil over medium heat, then add the CITRUS & CHILLI PASTE and fry for 10 secs. 

    Tip in the cherry tomatoes and cook for 2 mins to soften.

    Add the prawns

  • 3.

    Create the sauce

    Stir the WHITE WINE REDUCTON into the pan with 1 tbsp of water.

    Stir in the POMODORO SEASONING then let it cook for 2 mins.

    Spoon 2 tbsps of pasta cooking water into your sauce, then drain the pasta and add it to the sauce too. 

  • 4.

    Wilt the rocket

    Toss the pasta in the sauce, then add half of the rocket leaves and stir them in, letting them wilt. 

  • 5.

    Serve! 

    Serve the pasta with some fresh rocket on top, a squeeze of lemon (if using), and a sprinkle of garlic flakes.

It’s nice and easy, but I think the seasoning measurements are off in that there’s way too much. All I could taste was like and pomodoro andit was really overpowering. Would make again with half the seasoning!

Well I don't know where to start! This is my first box I've had but won't be the last! I do a lot of cooking and Linguine with prawns is one of my favourite dishes I do from scratch, however although good no matter which recipes I've tried there was always just something missing for that full depth of flavour. Simply Cook box of Linguine with Prawns and Rocket certainly had loads of flavour. When I eat at a restaurant I always rate a dish by the depth of flavour you just cannot get at home, you know what I mean, when you can still taste the food a long time after you've finished your meal. Well this dish had that depth. Fabulous! Will be adding this again so I always have one in. A gorgeous meal in the time it takes to cook the pasta. Could go on for hours..... amazing! Would leave the garlic flakes off the top next time, but still fry a clove in the cooking oil to impart a bit of initial flavour. Herb mix a bit overwhelming, and will use about 3/4 next time but otherwise delicious. Quantity spot on for two adults, not my favourite but not bad either
