We’ve sourced and blended all of the unique flavour ingredients to make our authentic Sausage & Fennel Pasta. We bring these all together in a recipe kit, which consists of 3 flavour pots; a Chilli & Fennel Mix pot, a Smoked Salt & Chive pot and a Garlic Vegetable Stock pot. Simply follow our recipe, adding a few items from your fridge, to cook this delicious Sausage & Fennel Pasta in just 30 minutes.

  • 200g conchiglie pasta (shell shape) (shell shape)
  • 6 sausages
  • 1 large red onion
  • 500 passata
  • 250g spinach
  • 250g ricotta cheese
  • 100g Cheddar cheese (optional)
  • bag of salad (optional)
  • 10g butter

Our 30 minute recipe

  1. Cook the pasta

    Cook the pasta following pack instructions.

  2. Fry the sausages

    Heat some oil in a large pan over medium-high heat and fry the sausages for 5 mins, or until brown.

    Remove and keep aside.

    Add the red onion and fry for 5 mins.

    Add a knob of butter and the CHILLI & FENNEL MIX and stir well.

    Mix in the SMOKED SALT & CHIVE pot and the passata.

    Add the GARLIC VEGETABLE STOCK pot with 120ml of boiling water and mix well.

  3. Add the spinach and ricotta

    Add the spinach to the sauce and bring it to a gentle simmer. Cook for 3 mins, stirring often.

    Meanwhile, turn the grill on to high for Step 4.

    Return the sausages to the pan then add the cooked pasta and 2 tbsps of ricotta. Stir well.

  4. Finishing touches

    Tip the pasta mixture into a baking dish and top with little dots of ricotta here and there.

    Grate cheese on top and put it under the grill for 2-3 mins, or until the cheese has melted and started to brown. Serve with salad on the side (optional).
