BBQ Tandoori Chicken with Sweet Potato Wedges Reviews
BASED ON reviews

I used chicken thighs with the bone, but removed skin and marinaded as recommended. Would probably marinade overnight as they weren’t that fragrant. Had some leftover the next day and had them cold and they were delicious! Would be nice for a BBQ or something. The sweet potatoes were amazing, don’t normally like them but these were lovely. In saying all this, I’m not sure I would order again as think the curries are better.
Kate - Dec 05, 2019
Kind of a ‘nothing like meal
Alison - Dec 04, 2019
The chicken coating was too lemony for me. I think only half a lemon would have done it. We also had too much of a sauce, perhaps because I put too much lemon juice in.

The lemon was quite strong in this maybe next time not use as much. Sweet potatoes were brill probably best I’ve ever had.
Nicola - Dec 03, 2019
Bit boring. Marinaded all day but wasn’t that special. Prefer the curry ones and stews
Laura - Nov 26, 2019
Lovely recipe and everything tasted nice however the chicken took a while to cook.
Carly - Nov 26, 2019
The seasoning was not nice - it didn’t warm the back of your throat, just left a burning sensation in your mouth

Nice meal! Sweet potato wedges really nice flavour, chicken was nice but a bit too lemony for me, I would recommend less lemon or to marinate it less time!
Amanda - Nov 05, 2019
This was really easy and really tasty
Jemma - Nov 05, 2019
A little dry, even with the chicken being moist. Flavours were ok, but I've tried making similar flavourings before and have got better with practice but this seemed to taste like an early attempt.
Joanne - Nov 02, 2019
Enjoyed it but would put less lemon juice another time
Anny - Oct 29, 2019
We really enjoyed the meal very tasty and not too hot. As the weather was quite cool and dull in lare October, I serve it with braised cos lettuce instead of salad. It worked very well.

Delicious. I cooked the chicken in a wok so it had some nice charred bits on it. The tandoori flavour is immense. Definitely have this again.

Delicious recipe however I would use chicken fillets instead of thighs. Also be careful that chicken cooking times are higher than that of the thighs
