We’ve sourced and blended all of the unique flavour ingredients to make our authentic Cajun Chicken with Red Pepper Sweet Potato Mash. We bring these all together in a recipe kit, which consists of 3 flavour pots; a Cajun Seasoning pot, a Garlic Oil pot and a Red Pepper Stock pot. Simply follow our recipe, adding a few items from your fridge, to cook this delicious Cajun Chicken with Red Pepper Sweet Potato Mash in just 25 minutes.

Our 25 minute recipe

  • 1.

    Prep the chicken and mash

    Brush the chicken on both sides with half of the GARLIC OIL then coat in the CAJUN SEASONING. Keep aside.

    Boil the sweet potatoes for 15 mins, or until tender.

  • 2.

    Fry the chicken

    Heat a frying pan then cook the chicken for 5-6 mins on each side until cooked through. Remove from pan.

  • 3.

    Prepare the garnishes

    Heat the remaining GARLIC OIL in the same pan and fry the bacon for 3 mins, or until crisp. 

    Add the okra and fry for 2 more mins. (Courgette will need a further 2 mins.)

  • 4.

    Flavour the mash

    Drain and mash the sweet potatoes, then stir through the RED PEPPER STOCK.

    Mix the bacon and okra into the mash.

  • 5.

    Serve!

    Serve the chicken with mash and crumble some feta cheese on top (optional).
