Husband and I loved it but kids didn't like it, their personal preference to not liking the apricots and chickpeas.

We would halve the quantity of apricots and also chop them up but that’s just personal preference

Everyone loved this! I replaced the apricots with some roasted red peppers though as someone’s not been on apricots.

Flavours not quite there, tasted very chalky especially with the chick peas.

On first taste it felt it missed something. We added mushrooms and I think next time may add sweet potato. It tasted better the next day as all the flavours had been absorbed. Clean and crisp spice followed by a ting tongue and lips. We really do like this dish and would definitely have again.
