We’ve sourced and blended all of the unique flavour ingredients to make our authentic Churrasco Halloumi Burger. We bring these all together in a recipe kit, which consists of 3 flavour pots; a Piri Piri Glaze pot, a Spicy Wedge Blend pot and a Saffron Seasoning pot. Simply follow our recipe, adding a few items from your fridge, to cook this delicious Churrasco Halloumi Burger in just 30 minutes.

Your shopping list:
- big potatoes (or 400g new potatoes)
- light mayonnaise
- small tin sweetcorn (around 200g)
- brioche buns
Our 30 minute recipe
Prep the veg and halloumi
Heat the oven to 200C/fan 180C/gas 6 and bring a pan of water to the boil.
Marinate the halloumi slices in the PIRI PIRI GLAZE and a little olive oil and keep aside.
Par-boil the potato wedges for 5 mins, then drain them.
Toss the potatoes wedges in the SPICY WEDGE BLEND and a little olive oil on a lined baking tray and cook in the oven for 15 mins.
Make the alioli
Mix the mayonnaise with the SAFFRON SEASONING in a small bowl for your aioli sauce.
Heat a little oil in a small frying pan over medium heat and add the sweetcorn. Stir-fry for 3 mins to lightly colour them. Then tip them into the aioli sauce.
Cook the halloumi
Take the potato wedges out of the oven and give them a shake. Create a bit of space and put the marinated halloumi slices onto the same baking tray. Put the tray back in the oven for 10 mins so that the halloumi can brown a little.
Assemble your burger with layers of lettuce, tomato and avocado slices (if having), a slice or two of halloumi, some of your sweetcorn saffron aioli. Serve the rest of the sweetcorn saffron aioli on the side to dip your wedges into.

I got this for the Kid's as they are Halloumi fans, and it got a massive thumbs up from both of then. One tried it with the Avocado and one without, but they both thought it was great, and have asked for it to be ordered again

Nice flavour but think halliumi could be grilled rather than baked. Wedges were pleasant and will be cooked again.

I found the instructions a bit misleading and ended up ruining the aioli by adding the hot corn to it... and the halloumi didnt brown but just got oily when put in the same pan as the roasting potato wedges... if I did it again I would make some changes to the way I cooked it.. ruined the whole thing, really. Ended up quite greasy. Whoops!

Yummy. A bit too salty though (may have been because of the halloumi, rather than the spice mixes). Will try roast veg instead of halloumi next time to make it vegan too.
