We’ve sourced and blended all of the unique flavour ingredients to make our authentic Korean Lamb Chops. We bring these all together in a recipe kit, which consists of 3 flavour pots; a Miso Sauce pot, a Sriracha Sauce pot and a Hoi Sin Sauce pot. Simply follow our recipe, adding a few items from your fridge, to cook this delicious Korean Lamb Chops in just 15 minutes.

Your shopping list:
- large lamb chops
- jasmine/sushi rice
- spring onions
- a cucumber
- sesame seeds
- fresh ginger(optional)
- baby gem lettuce(optional)
Our 15 minute recipe
Cook the rice as per packet instructions. Meanwhile, continue with step 2.
Marinate the lamb chops in the Miso Sauce and set aside. Bring the grill up to high heat.
Put the lamb chops on a baking tray and cook under the grill for 3-4 mins on either side. (If you prefer to pan-fry, heat a pan with a little oil over medium-high heat and cook the chops for 2-3 mins on each side, for medium-rare). Meanwhile, see step 4.
Arrange the spring onions, cucumber, lettuce leaves and ginger on your plate.
Put a lamb chop and a portion of steamed rice onto each plate and drizzle the Hoi Sin Sauce over the rice. Scatter 1 tbsp of sesame seeds over everything and place a spoonful of Sriracha Sauce on the side. Use sparingly as it’s quite hot!

Didn’t taste bad or anything just nothing special, I feel like you could quite easily make this with ingredients bought from the supermarket. Also I’d recommend using leg steak instead of chops unless you can get really meaty chops. On the plus side it was really quick and easy to prepare.

Not great value as recipe consists of 3 sauces that you way well have in your cupboard anyway. Dish felt more like assembling than cooking.

Used lamb steaks instead as they are more exonomical and five a bigger portion for the money spent. Good flavour and would cook it again.

The rice is dry.. not enough sauce but the flavour was dull and very commercial chinese. Complete waste of time. Had to throw away.
