We’ve sourced and blended all of the unique flavour ingredients to make our authentic Korean Lamb Chops. We bring these all together in a recipe kit, which consists of 3 flavour pots; a Miso Sauce pot, a Hoi Sin Sauce pot and a Sriracha Sauce pot. Simply follow our recipe, adding a few items from your fridge, to cook this delicious Korean Lamb Chops in just 15 minutes.

Your shopping list:

large lamb chops (or 2 lamb leg steaks)
jasmine rice
spring onions
a cucumber
sesame seeds
fresh ginger(optional)
baby gem lettuce(optional)

Our 15 minute recipe

  • 1.

    Make some rice

    Cook the rice according to packet instructions.

  • 2.

    Cook the chops

    Marinate the lamb chops in the MISO SAUCE and set aside.

    Bring the grill up to high heat.

    Put the lamb chops on a baking tray and cook under the grill for 3-4 mins on either side.  (If you prefer to pan-fry them, heat a pan with a little oil over medium-high heat and cook the chops for  3 mins on each side, for medium-rare). 

  • 3.

    Prep your garnishes

    While the lamb chops are resting for a couple of mins, arrange the spring onions, cucumber, lettuce leaves and ginger on your plate. 

  • 4.


    Serve the rice with HOI SIN SAUCE drizzled over it and put the chops alongside. Scatter 1 tbsp of sesame seeds over everything and spoon some spicy SRIRACHA SAUCE on the side.

Really really simple recipe, but that's probably what makes it so good. I recommend always using the optional ingredients. I used frozen lamb steak and left it in the oven for 20 mins with the grill turned on, turning them halfway (and with the miso paste on them). The shriracha sauce is dense and has a pleasant spicy kick. Not a big fan of the hoisin sauce for the rice, but overall it went really good with the other ingredients. Recommended for a really quick and light meal :)

Really tasty had to put in a bit more hoisin I had at home and I mixed the cucumber, spring onions and ginger in with rice after it was cooked -yummy !! Also our local COOP had no sesame seeds so we did cashew nuts ! That really worked !

Not one of my favourites. The combo of flavours isn't really my thing. The spicy sauce is overpowering, marinade isn't very distinctive on the meat compared to the hoisin. I used good quality lamb fillet which tastes delicious but now I'm not sure if this recipe was the best use for it.
