Your shopping list for 2 servings:

  • 200g dried linguine
  • 160g prawns (cooked or raw)
  • 15 sweet cherry tomatoes
  • 70g rocket leaves
  • 1 lemon (optional)
  • 2 garlic cloves (optional)

Our 20 minute recipe

  1. Get the pasta on

    Cook the pasta according to packet instructions.

    Meanwhile, fry the garlic (optional) in a little oil in a large frying pan for 1 min until very lightly brown. Remove and put aside on kitchen paper.

  2. Soften the tomatoes

    In the same pan, heat a little oil over medium heat, then add the CITRUS & CHILLI PASTE and fry for 10 secs. 

    Tip in the cherry tomatoes and cook for 2 mins to soften.

    Add the prawns

  3. Create the sauce

    Stir the WHITE WINE REDUCTON into the pan with 1 tbsp of water.

    Stir in the POMODORO SEASONING then let it cook for 2 mins.

    Spoon 2 tbsps of pasta cooking water into your sauce, then drain the pasta and add it to the sauce too. 

  4. Wilt the rocket

    Toss the pasta in the sauce, then add half of the rocket leaves and stir them in, letting them wilt. 

  5. Serve! 

    Serve the pasta with some fresh rocket on top, a squeeze of lemon (if using), and a sprinkle of garlic flakes.
