This is a simple but sophisticated dish that’s filled with the tastes of Italy. Fresh sweet tomatoes with garlic and chilli are tossed with our seasoning of sundried tomato with leek and Sicilian lemon oil. Pan-fried prawns add texture and a lovely seaside flavour to this quick classic.

We’ve sourced and blended all of the unique flavour ingredients to make our authentic Linguine with Prawns and Rocket. We bring these all together in a recipe kit, which consists of 3 flavour pots; a Citrus & Chilli Paste pot, a White Wine Reduction pot and a Pomodoro Seasoning pot. Simply follow our recipe, adding a few items from your fridge, to cook this delicious Linguine with Prawns and Rocket in just 20 minutes.

Your shopping list:

dried linguine
prawns (cooked or raw)
sweet cherry tomatoes
rocket leaves
garlic cloves(optional)

Our 20 minute recipe

  • 1.

    Get the pasta on

    Cook the pasta according to packet instructions.

    Meanwhile, fry the garlic (optional) in a little oil in a large frying pan for 1 min until very lightly brown. Remove and put aside on kitchen paper.

  • 2.

    Soften the tomatoes

    In the same pan, heat a little oil over medium heat, then add the CITRUS & CHILLI PASTE and fry for 10 secs. 

    Tip in the cherry tomatoes and cook for 2 mins to soften.

    Add the prawns

  • 3.

    Create the sauce

    Stir the WHITE WINE REDUCTON into the pan with 1 tbsp of water.

    Stir in the POMODORO SEASONING then let it cook for 2 mins.

    Spoon 2 tbsps of pasta cooking water into your sauce, then drain the pasta and add it to the sauce too. 

  • 4.

    Wilt the rocket

    Toss the pasta in the sauce, then add half of the rocket leaves and stir them in, letting them wilt. 

  • 5.


    Serve the pasta with some fresh rocket on top, a squeeze of lemon (if using), and a sprinkle of garlic flakes.

Loved it. Crazy easy. Very tasty. I always keep a big pot of oven roasted cherry tomatoes in the fridge and these worked really well with this dish. With fresh pasta and courgetti, this fish took me 5 minutes to cook.

Really enjoyed this and easy to cook. I didn't cook garlic first, i just added crushed garlic to the tomatoes as couldn't be bothered to cook garlic then remove from pan that's to much faffing around for my liking!
