Lovely but needs cooking longer than recommended and the asparagus needs steaming separately

Delicious but the squash needs longer to cook and best to steam the asparagus first

I’ve been having Simply Cook boxes for about a year now. This was the first recipe I tried and it remains my favourite. So tasty, makes loads, and one pot to wash. What’s not to love?

Izabela - Oct 16, 2018

DELICIOUS! LOVE, LOVE this. If you like Wagamama you'll love this. Bit thick so extra water needed

Izabela - Oct 16, 2018

DELICIOUS! So good, one of my faves, I make with chicken breast add a lot more water. Similar to Wagamama

Izabela - Oct 16, 2018

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this! So yummy and filling, even my little boy ate this, I didn't add all the spices though as would of been to hot, although with more noodles, veg and water it could easily take more spices and feed 4 people! So good, one of my favourites, reminds me of Wagamama.

Gary - Oct 15, 2018

Loved it!! I thought it could’ve been a bit more spicy but partner was almost sweating so it was a nice compromise. Read the reviews before cooking so got a bit of bread to soak it up and it was perfect!

Gail - Oct 14, 2018

One of my favourites in the Simply Cook range, always delicious and warming. I swap the squash for sweet potato and it works really well

Patricia - Oct 14, 2018

Used chicken breast, mange tout and diced potato as substitutes. Also added more liquid as too thick. Found it a little a salty as I do with many SC recipes.

macaulay - Oct 14, 2018

Garnish was a bit gritty and better to use chicken breast over chicken thighs
