Enjoyed it but think I’d probably try and make this again myself rather than buying this in a box. I’d use half the rice noodles if I made again as there was just too much for my taste. The chicken, butternut squash & asparagus were lovely though.

So we have had different Laksa many times before and although I enjoy it, this wasn't one I was really excited about trying. However, this has definitely gone towards the top of my favourite list! It is very tasty with a nice hint of spice. I didn't have butternut squash or asparagus so swapped for sweet potato and green beans. They worked incredibly well. I will definitely have this one again. Yum yum! ????

So quick and easy, deffo up there with my faves! Used mange tout and corn instead of asparagus, managed to find frozen butternut squash cubes too which was a game changer. Only had full fat coconut milk in the cupboard but I think this may have enhanced the flavour!

I absolutely loved it, my partner liked it but wasn’t keen on the boil textured chicken. I would 100% buy again but we both agreed we’d replace the chicken with more butternut squash. It’s also great as it won’t lose the flavours as this dish comes with chicken stock. Delicious :)

Nice and easy to make but not very exciting

Have cooked a couple of times before. This time I used less butternut squash and instead added spring onions and a whole red pepper and red chilli.

Loved this. Restaurant quality dish. Would eat this dish regularly if I could. Loved the fragrant Asian taste. My only feedback is this need more stock to slurp. Please adapt
