We bring these all together in a recipe kit, which consists of 3 flavour pots; a Chicken Stock pot, a Laksa Paste pot and a Malay Garnish pot. Simply follow our recipe, adding a few items from your fridge, to cook this delicious Malaysian Laksa in just 20 minutes.

Your shopping list for 2 servings:
- 400ml light coconut milk
- 100g asparagus spears
- 3 boneless chicken thighs
- 275g fresh rice noodles (or 100g dried rice noodles)
- 200g butternut squash
- Handful of coriander (optional)
- 1 lime (optional)
Our 20 minute recipe
Fry the chicken
Heat a little oil in a large pot over medium heat and gently fry the butternut squash for 2 mins.
Add the LAKSA PASTE and the chicken. Mix well and stir-fry for 3 mins.
Add the coconut milk
Boil 300ml water in a kettle and then pour it into the pot.
Add the CHICKEN STOCK and mix well.
Then add the coconut milk, stir well and bring it to the boil, then reduce the heat to medium and let it simmer for 5-7 mins.
Add the noodles
Add the rice noodles, asparagus spears and MALAY GARNISH to the laksa and simmer for 3 more mins.
Ladle your laksa into deep bowls and sprinkle with coriander (if using) and a squeeze of lime.
