Cook our delicious Mexican Bean Chilli in just Minutes

We’ve sourced and blended all of the unique flavour ingredients to make our authentic Mexican Bean Chilli. We bring these all together in a recipe kit, which consists of 3 flavour pots; a Smoky Chilli Blend pot, a Beef Stock pot and a Chipotle Paste pot. Simply follow our recipe, adding a few items from your fridge, to cook this delicious Mexican Bean Chilli in just 20 minutes.

Your shopping list for 2 servings:

  • 150g Basmati rice
  • 1 onion
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • 250g beef mince
  • 400g tin baked beans
  • soured cream to serve (optional)
  • Handful of coriander (optional)

Our 20 minute recipe

  1. Make the rice

    Bring 300ml of water to the boil in a lidded saucepan then stir in the BEEF STOCK.

    Add the rice, bring it back to the boil, turn the heat down to low, cover with a lid, and cook for 10-12 mins.

  2. Fry the mince

    Heat a little oil in a large pan over high heat, then add the onion and red pepper and fry for 3-4 mins.

    Add the SMOKY CHILLI BLEND and cook for 1 min.

    Add the beef mince and cook for 3-4 mins, or until the beef has browned nicely.

  3. Add the beans and chipotle paste

    Add the baked beans and the CHIPOTLE PASTE and stir well. Then reduce the heat to medium and let it cook for 10 mins.

  4. Serve

    Serve the chilli over the rice with some soured cream on the side.
