How Our Recipes Kits Work

We provide flavour ingredients:

  • Smoky Chilli Blend
  • Beef Stock
  • Chipotle Paste

Your shopping list:

Basmati rice
Red Pepper
beef mince
tin baked beans
soured cream to serve(optional)
of coriander(optional)

Our 20 minute recipe

  • 1.

Bring 300ml of water to the boil in a lidded saucepan. Add the Beef Stock and stir, then add the rice and stir gently. Turn the heat down to low, cover with a lid, and simmer for 12-15 mins.

  • 2.

Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Add the onion and red pepper and stir-fry for 3-4 mins. Add the Smoky Chilli Blend and cook for 1 min. Then add the beef mince and cook until the meat has browned nicely, (3-4 mins on a high heat).

  • 3.

Tip in the baked beans and the Chipotle Paste and simmer over a medium heat for 10 mins.

  • 4.

Divide the rice between 2 bowls and pour over the meat sauce. Serve with the sour cream on the side and scatter with coriander, if you have some.
