Our 30 minute recipe

  1. Roast the vegetables

    Heat the oven to 200C/fan 180C/gas 6.

Toss the cauliflower and potatoes in some oil on a baking tray with the ROASTED VEG SEASONING and cook in the oven for 20 mins. Meanwhile, continue with step 2.

  2. Make the sauce

Heat some oil in a pan over medium-low heat and fry the shallots for 6-8 mins, or until golden.

Add the KERALAN PAN SAUCE and 50ml water and stir well for 2 mins over a medium-low heat.

Add the creme fraiche and cook for 2-3 more mins, so it thickens slightly. Turn it off and keep warm.

  3. Cook the salmon

Sprinkle the NIGELLA SEED RUB over the salmon and press it into the fillets.

Once the veg has had 20 mins, put the salmon on the same tray and cook in the oven for 10 more mins.

  4. Cook the spinach

Just before the salmon is done, fry the spinach in an oiled pan for 2 mins, until lightly wilted.

  5. Serve!

Serve the salmon and veg with the sauce drizzled over.

Beautiful taste. Spicy but with the creamy sauce to cool it off.

Yet another that I can’t fault! Delicious! Didn’t have a shallot so used red onion instead.... no detriment ????

I didn’t like this so much, all the flavours are a bit harsh, best bit was the potato and cauliflower mix, the crepe fraiche sauce I didn’t like at all

Would definitely get this again. Delicious.

Isabella - 18th May 2020

I wouldn’t recommend this. The sauce flavouring is overpowering. The flavours aren’t very complimentary. The best thing in this dish is the cauliflower seasoning.

My Favourite. The mix of flavours are amazing. Rather hot, but the sauce is more mild

Loved this, really yummy, in my top 3 far! Found it’s quite spicy but still very delicious
