Achieving an authentic Paella at home might seem difficult but it can be done without a paella pan and with just a few ingredients. We've designed our blends to help you achieve the flavours of the Spanish seaside in your own kitchen. Our saffron and paprika blend will provide the key aromatics while the garlic and parsley notes lift the dish. For another dimension, add a splash of white wine, if you have some open, and a squeeze of lemon to serve would be ideal!

Cook our delicious Spanish Paella in just Minutes

We’ve sourced and blended all of the unique flavour ingredients to make our authentic Spanish Paella. We bring these all together in a recipe kit, which consists of 3 flavour pots; a Paella Garnish pot, a Saffron Seasoning pot and a Paella Paste pot. Simply follow our recipe, adding a few items from your fridge, to cook this delicious Spanish Paella in just 25 minutes.

  • 150g king prawns
  • 50g Chorizo
  • 1 onion
  • 150g Paella Rice
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • 230g tin chopped tomatoes
  • 2 chicken thighs (optional)
  • 1 lemon (optional)
  • 100g frozen peas (optional)

Our 25 minute recipe

  1. Start the base

    Heat some oil in a wide frying pan over medium-high heat and fry the chicken (if using), until golden.

    Add the onion, pepper, chorizo and PAELLA GARNISH and fry for 2 mins.

    Pour in the chopped tomatoes, mix well and fry for 2 more mins.

  2. Add the rice

    Boil a full kettle of water.

    Add the rice, a splash of white wine (if using; see tip) and the SAFFRON SEASONING and stir well.

    Stir in the PAELLA PASTE, then add 600ml of boiling water and mix well. Bring it back to the boil and then reduce the heat to medium-low and leave to cook for 15 mins (no lid).

    TIP:  If you have some white wine open, add a splash into the rice and stir it in until it has been absorbed before pouring in the stock.

  3. Add the prawns 

    Stir the prawns and peas (if using) into the rice and cook for 5 more mins. Add 30ml of water if it’s looking dry, but a little crispiness at the bottom of the rice is tasty.

  4. Serve!

    Squeeze some lemon juice over the paella, and serve with extra lemon wedges.
