Achieving an authentic Paella at home might seem difficult but it can be done without a paella pan and with just a few ingredients. We've designed our blends to help you achieve the flavours of the Spanish seaside in your own kitchen. Our saffron and paprika blend will provide the key aromatics while the garlic and parsley notes lift the dish. For another dimension, add a splash of white wine, if you have some open, and a squeeze of lemon to serve would be ideal!

Cook our delicious Spanish Paella in just Minutes

We’ve sourced and blended all of the unique flavour ingredients to make our authentic Spanish Paella. We bring these all together in a recipe kit, which consists of 3 flavour pots; a Paella Garnish pot, a Saffron Seasoning pot and a Paella Paste pot. Simply follow our recipe, adding a few items from your fridge, to cook this delicious Spanish Paella in just 25 minutes.

How Our Recipes Kits Work

We provide flavour ingredients:

  • Paella Garnish
  • Saffron Seasoning
  • Paella Paste

Your shopping list:

king prawns
Paella Rice
Red Pepper
tin chopped tomatoes
chicken thighs(optional)
frozen peas(optional)

Our 25 minute recipe

  • 1.

    Start the base

Heat some oil in a wide frying pan over medium-high heat and fry the chicken (if using), until golden.

Add the onion, pepper, chorizo and PAELLA GARNISH and fry for 2 mins.

Pour in the chopped tomatoes, mix well and fry for 2 more mins.

  • 2.

    Add the rice

Boil a full kettle of water.

Add the rice, a splash of white wine (if using; see tip) and the SAFFRON SEASONING and stir well.

Stir in the PAELLA PASTE, then add 600ml of boiling water and mix well. Bring it back to the boil and then reduce the heat to medium-low and leave to cook for 15 mins (no lid).

TIP:  If you have some white wine open, add a splash into the rice and stir it in until it has been absorbed before pouring in the stock.

  • 3.

    Add the prawns

Stir the prawns and peas (if using) into the rice and cook for 5 more mins. Add 30ml of water if it’s looking dry, but a little crispiness at the bottom of the rice is tasty.

  • 4.

Squeeze some lemon juice over the paella, and serve with extra lemon wedges.

To much paprika for my taste

Robin - Nov 09, 2019

It’s .... ok. Just ok. Salty. Struggled to finish it. I mean it’s food and I’ll eat it but I won’t order this one again.

You have to take the cooking times with a pinch of salt other wise your seafood dries out

Susan - Nov 05, 2019

We had this recipe before and preferred the recipe without the saffron powder being added. My son forgot to add it so we tried it with out and liked it better.

My husband favourite

Kathryn - Nov 04, 2019

It was ok. Recommend adding in all of the ingredients to bulk out! It takes A LOT longer to cook & dont believe the tip about letting it get a crispy bottom. Crispy=burnt!

Matthew - Nov 03, 2019

A bit bland

Alison - Nov 03, 2019

Was lovely, did prefer the jambalaya though.

Claire - Oct 30, 2019

A bit sickly

Hannah - Oct 29, 2019

Lacking something but not sure what

Rachel - Oct 29, 2019

Delicious! I used a whole 400ml tin of tomatoes and reduced the water content. Used fresh prawns and cooked for longer. Bought a pack of pre-chopped chorizo which was an extra 20g but checked that in too. It was food heaven!

Mark - Oct 28, 2019

Lacked any taste and took a lot longer to cook than stated. Added all optional ingredients. Don’t bother is easier to knock up yourself

Sarah - Oct 28, 2019

We weren’t keen on the seasoning at all

Claire - Oct 27, 2019

Unpleasant after taste

Timea - Oct 27, 2019

double up the ingredients and it will be enough for lunch as well the next day- great if you are on a budget but still want to feel like you are on holiday

Alan - Oct 27, 2019

It needed the chicken and peas to bulk the dish, lovely flavours, really enjoyed making and eating it.

Tina - Oct 27, 2019

Not as tasty as we normally make with lots of paprika. Didn't think the yeast extract paste worked at all.

Davey - Oct 27, 2019

Was okay for a paella. Have had better.

Plum - Oct 24, 2019

Quantity was way off for 2. Took much longer to cook off the water too. It was good but not great.

Siobhan - Oct 24, 2019

Paella lovers would really enjoy it. I tried it not being a fan. Was nice but not my favourite.
