We’ve sourced and blended all of the unique flavour ingredients to make our authentic Spicy Bean Chilli. We bring these all together in a recipe kit, which consists of 3 flavour pots; a Chipotle Spice Mix pot, a Chilli Paste pot and a Chilli Stock Pot pot. Simply follow our recipe, adding a few items from your fridge, to cook this delicious Spicy Bean Chilli in just 25 minutes.

Our 25 minute recipe
Make the rice
Cook the rice according to pack instructions, and keep warm.
Create the base
Heat a little oil in a lidded pan over medium-heat. Add the onion and cook with a lid on for 3 mins to soften.
Add the red pepper and cook for 3 more mins with the lid on.
Add the CHIPOTLE SPICE MIX and mix well.
Add the Chilli Paste
Stir in the CHILLI PASTE and fry for 1 min, then turn the heat up to medium-high and add the tomatoes. Fry for 3-5 mins to break the tomatoes down (without a lid on).
Develop the depth of flavour
Stir in the CHILLI STOCK POT then pour in the kidney beans along with the water from the tin. Bring to a gentle boil then turn the heat down and simmer for 6-7 mins.
Use a potato masher or back of a fork to mash around half of the kidney beans and stir well to thicken the Chilli (you can add a 50-100ml water if it gets too thick).
Serve the Chilli over rice and garnish with coriander and dollop of soured cream/yoghurt (if having).
