We bring these all together in a recipe kit, which consists of 3 flavour pots; a Smoked Chilli Blend pot, a Tandoori Paste pot and a Sweet Potato Seasoning pot. Your shopping list for 2 servings:

  • 4-5 chicken thigh fillets
  • 50g natural yoghurt
  • 2 medium sweet potatoes
  • 1bag of salad
  • any salad items (optional)

Our 25 minute recipe

  1. Bake the potato wedges

    Heat the oven to 220C/200C fan/gas 7. 

    Toss the potato wedges with the SWEET POTATO SEASONING and some oil on a baking tray, then cook in the oven for 20-25 mins, checking and flipping them halfway.

  2. Marinate the chicken

    Put the chicken pieces in a large bowl with the SMOKED CHILLI BLEND toss to coat. 

    Add the TANDOORI PASTE, lemon juice and the yoghurt to the bowl and mix well.

  3. Cook the chicken

    Arrange the chicken on another baking tray and cook in the oven for 15-20 mins. 

    Meanwhile prepare your side salad with optional extras. 

  4. Serve!

    Serve the chicken with the wedges and salad with some cooling yoghurt for dipping, if you have extra.
