The succulent chicken thighs and aubergine chunks in this dish absorb the exotic Thai flavours wonderfully. The Thai Green Paste which is traditionally made by pounding down a huge variety of ingredients in a pestle and mortar brings a fabulous aroma to the kitchen whilst cooking. Thai curries are always made from pastes and either coconut milk or water. If you prefer a stronger flavour, reduce the amount of coconut milk used in the recipe or use a non-light version.

Clare - Oct 31, 2018

Our favourite!!!! THis is soooo good and really really tasty. Fairly spicy but it's so tasty I didn't mind. Easily makes more than 2 by adding more of the ingredients and making extra rice.

Korina - Oct 31, 2018

Too spicy, needs a rating system

Sue - Oct 29, 2018

Lovely taste and gerogous so will again!

Rachel-Romaine - Oct 29, 2018

Delicious! Just as good as my local Thai takeaway and really easy!

Emma - Oct 26, 2018

Good flavours in this one - we were impressed and will make it again. I cut the aubergine into 1cm cubes and they went undetected by my husband who dislikes them! I also added some cornflour to thicken the sauce up, and served with chapatis as well as the rice.

Lucia - Oct 25, 2018

Loved it. I did not have an aubergine so used a yellow pepper and it was just as nice. Baby corn makes it even better

Yvette - Oct 25, 2018

This is one of my daughter’s favourite dishes. Cook regularly. The taste is just right.

Not the biggest fan of Thai green curry and my partner wasn't looking forward to this but it was surprisingly nice and he even commented that it was tasty.

Patricia - Oct 14, 2018

Nice flavours but way too salty. Spiced it up with chillies as quite mild.

Meg - Oct 14, 2018

Best one yet!

Joanna - Oct 14, 2018

Excellent very authentic. I used cod loins and red pepper sautéd in oil instead of chicken just added the end 3 minutes

Kuntal - Oct 11, 2018

Not quite a Thai green curry

Ece - Oct 11, 2018

I wouldnt reallt call this ‘green’ curry. It neither looked or tasted like green curry you’d get at a restaurant. Still tasted okay though

Added some cornflour to thicken the sauce. Really enjoyed this
