Thai Green Curry - a favourite all over the world, gets its signature colour from green chillies and coriander root. It's traditionally made by pounding down a huge variety of fresh ingredients in a stone pestle and mortar, but as it takes so long to extract the flavour, Thais don't often make the paste from scratch! They buy it from their preferred vendor in the food markets and make the curry quickly at home!

Delicious. Added some courgette too.

Tanesia - Nov 21, 2019

A bit too salty, had to add sweetener to kill the saltiness. Edible but not authentic. Won’t order again

Zoe - Nov 07, 2019

Tasty but could have used 100ml less of coconut milk- mine was swimming!

Lauren - Oct 22, 2019

Best Thai curry I’ve had outside a Thai restaurant

Helen - Sep 18, 2019

Wonderful flavours, easy to cook, loved it

Athol - Sep 15, 2019

Tastes too similar to other dishes using the garlic and coconut paste...

Joana - Sep 05, 2019

It was probably the best curry I have made so far! However I did swap the aubergine for chickpeas (soaked) and the pepper/baby corn for courgette. I had those and didn’t want to waste it. It was a gorgeous meal!

Eva - Jul 28, 2019

Way too salty

Martin - Jul 28, 2019

I used tofu, green pepper and a stick of finely cut celery instead of recipe and It was Lush.

Lindsey - Jul 06, 2019

Not the best unfortunately. Have to agree with other comments about the lack of depth. Very salty and not authentic.

Helen - Jun 30, 2019

Tracey - Dec 14, 2018

Didn't like this one at all, not my idea of Thai green curry

Beth - Aug 23, 2018

We added quorn pieces and extra veg, it would have been a bit light otherwise

Marion - Jul 28, 2018

Very nice. Seemed to need more veg in it, but a goo choice.

Sarah - Jun 28, 2018

Too spicy

Oscar - Jun 04, 2018

Far too salty, couldn’t eat the sauce at all.

Could of made better myself

Peter - Feb 09, 2018

Yummy.

Neville - Feb 03, 2018

Nothing like Thai green curry. Loved all of the other recipes though

Luca - Dec 04, 2017

not bad

Alexis - Nov 20, 2017

Not as fresh tasting as my own Thai green curry. I think it was the final garnish that spoiled it for me, it made it taste thick and gravyish rather than light and clean

Suzanne - Nov 18, 2017

Amazing

Jane - Nov 07, 2017

Very watery, If I made it again I would put in more/different vegetables. I didn't think that the aubergine worked very well despite loving it as a veg. Green beans would be better I think.

Lisa - Oct 01, 2017

It didn’t arrive

Vicky - Sep 26, 2017

Loved this! Cooked the aubergine for a bit longer at the start & added some Quorn pieces to bulk it out. Really tasty. Not too spicy. Will make again.

Liz - Sep 05, 2017

Spicy but apart from that a little bland!

Rumit - Aug 18, 2017

Could do with some more veg

Sarah - Aug 15, 2017

It was lovely but too salty

Steven - Aug 12, 2017

Pan was initially too hot so spices burned. Will cook on medium next time not high.
