No! Our chefs create unique flavour blends that contain as many as 18 different ingredients! Our perfectly measured kits may include culinary pastes, infused oils, garnishes, rubs, specialist stocks and herb/spice blends. You won’t find these pots in the supermarkets!
Currently our boxes come with 4 recipe kits, each designed for 2-4 people (depending on portion size). Some of our customers like to cook for one and save the rest for later or add a few more fresh ingredients to feed the family!
Yes, you can choose your initial box from a selection of our most popular dishes. If you fancy anything else just email us once you place your order. After that you can log into your SimplyCook account each time and swap in any recipes you particularly want to cook!
We deliver with Royal Mail and usually boxes arrive within 4 working days. You can always see when your next box will be shipped in the My Account section, or in your confirmation email for trial boxes.
No. Our boxes are designed to fit through most standard letterboxes and don't require a signature.
We deliver to the whole of the UK using Royal Mail.
When you sign up you will be invited to enter payment details. Currently we accept all major debit and credit cards through our payment provider Adyen.
We'd be sorry to see you go, but yes of course. You are able to cancel deliveries in the Membership Settings section of the website after your 7-day trial period. Just log into your account > Manage subscription> Stop my regular deliveries.
Go to https://www.simplycook.com/redeem and enter your voucher code, delivery details, email and create a new password then simply click 'Redeem'. This will set you up with an account so you can manage your gift boxes online.
